My example

The best pet!

I think a dog is the best pet to have because they are playful.

You can play games with them.

They are cute.

Dogs can learn tricks.

When you are sad, they can snuggle with you in your bed.

You can take dogs for walks with you.

They can guard your house.

Dogs are loving.

They are easy to look after.

So that is why a dog is the best pet to have.

The Splash!

In the holidays I went to Rainbow Fairy Springs with my mum, dad and sister.

First we went for a walk around. I saw lots of trout fish in the trout pools. 

Next we went to watch the bird show. It was funny. I liked it when the parrot did a flip.

Then we went on the splash ride. On the way around I saw a dinosaur and it gave me a huge fright.

At the end we went down the splash. It was awesome! 

Last we had a play on the playground. I loved going on the flying fox.

It was a great day. I hope we go there again.
